Every year we support thousands of people through the incredible life changing experience of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Becoming a parent is a life-enhancing experience, but it can also be challenging and sometimes stressful. We are here to help you through this transition, offering relevant information, reassurance and mutual support.
The Hull & East Yorkshire branch is run by local parent volunteers and currently offers Antenatal Classes, Contact Groups, Social Activities, Breastfeeding Counselling, a Special Experiences Register, and regular Nearly New Sales and Newsletters.

Parent Line Plus
Parentline Plus is a national charity that works for, and with, parents. We know that parents want to do the best they can for their children, but sometimes family life can be challenging and difficult. There is after all, no one right way to parent.
In the UK there are over 24 million people who parent – it’s not just mums and dads who do it. Families come in all shapes and sizes. Grandparents, stepparents, brothers, sisters, other relatives, friends and foster carers are all involved in raising happy, healthy children.
Parentline Plus works to offer help and support through an innovative range of free, flexible, responsive services - shaped by parents for parents. You can contact us about anything that is worrying you. We get calls about a range of issues affecting parents and their families from having a new baby, starting a new relationship and disagreements in the family, to issues with teenagers, school, homework, sleep or eating patterns.
